Choose two dishes then they will be served alternatively

Chicken Louise
Oven roasted chicken breast served on a bed of sweet onion and leek mash potatoes with seasonal greens and a creamy tarragon sauce.

Pepper Crusted Sirloin Steak
Sirloin Steak topped with a pepper crust then oven baked with roasted potatoes and served with seasonal greens and a red wine jus……

Vegetarian Option
Sweet Potato & Almond Quiche served with fresh salad garnish
