MAIN COURSE
These two dishes will be served alternatively to your Guests

Chicken Supreme
Oven roasted Chicken served on creamy potato and fresh chive mash with fresh green beans and a creamy white wine sauce.

Honey Chilli Prawns
Ocean Prawns tossed in honey and fresh chilli, pan seared and served with jasmine rice

Plus we have a Vegetarian Option available
Fresh mushroom and vegetable risotto

And for DESSERT….

Oven Baked Lemon & Lime citrus tart
served with a fresh raspberry coulis and cream
