Sit back and relax on the outer decks of the South Steyne Floating Restaurant as our chefs cook for you a traditional Australian Barbie while you soak up the magnificent views of the city skyline and the sparkling waters of Sydney’s Darling Harbour.

We have three BBQ Buffets available including…….
Deluxe BBQ #1:
$44.50 Mon to Thurs* $49.50 Fri, Sat & Sun*
Fresh bread rolls

– Cooked for you by our chefs:
Prime rump steaks ((125 gms minute steaks)
Beef sausages with tangy BBQ sauce
Caramelised onion slices
BBQ seafood fillets of the day.
Roasted spicy chicken drumlets topped with honey soy and chilli glaze

Prior to the buffet, you may choose for your guests to enjoy, pre dinner canapes and finger food - add $8.50 per guest.

FRESH SALADS – Choose 3 (three) salads prior to the event:
Crunchy fried noodle coleslaw salad
Grilled bacon, egg and potato salad
Mixed green salad with a Dijon mustard and sherry vinegar dressing
Fresh mint potato salad
Fresh tomato, basil and red onion salad
Rocket lettuce and parmesan salad
Char grilled vegetable cous cous salad
Chef's traditional Caesar salad
Italian pasta salad
Vegetarian Option
– (please advise prior to the event if you have vegetarians you would like catered for):
We have Individual roasted fresh vegetable stacks or field mushroom pasta served to your table
– Served to your guests:
Lemon lime citrus tart with a fresh cream anglaise
Fresh Brewed Coffee and Tea Buffet: $3.50 per guest

Minimum numbers for a Buffet party are 25 guests.
* On Public Holidays add $4.50 per guest surcharge
The South Steyne remains at the Harbourside Jetty and doesnot cruise throughout the function
