Our three course Christmas menu... you will receive...
Freshly baked bread rolls

Entrée
BBQ’d Lamb and Tropical Mango Salad:
Succulent lamb strips, tossed with mixed lattice greens, capsicum and a zesty
mango dressing
Vegetarian Option: (please assist by pre ordering)
Roasted Vegetable Pasta

Main Course (choose two and they will be served alternatively)
Christmas Selection:
Roast turkey with a chestnut stuffing and sherry sauce, honey glazed leg ham,
roasted potatoes, pumpkin, onions and fresh beans tossed in garlic & chive butter.
Pepper Crusted Beef Fillet (served medium):
Oven baked beef fillet topped with a mustard & pepper crust served on roasted
potatoes seasonal vegetables and a peppercorn sauce
Chicken Breast Supreme:
Oven roasted chicken breast topped with a creamy pepper sauce,
fresh seasonal greens on a potato and chive mash
Tropical Barramundi Citrus:
Barramundi fillets lightly peppered, served with ginger and shallots on a bed of
jasmine rice with seasonal greens and a creamy white wine sauce
Fresh Lime and Chilli Prawns:
Ocean prawns tossed on the BBQ and drizzled with a chilli,
garlic and lime dressing and served with a fresh green salad

Sautéed Fresh Mushroom and Vegetable Risotto

Dessert
Christmas Pudding:(please assist by pre ordering)
Rum laced, served with a brandy sauce and fresh cream

The South Steyne remains at the Harbourside Jetty and does not cruise throughout the function
