Our Chefs Selection of Canapés and Hors d’oeuvres
Cocktail party selection of canapés served over a 15 – 20 minute period
Main Course (choose two and they will be served alternatively)
Christmas Selection:
Roast turkey with a chestnut stuffing and sherry sauce, honey glazed leg ham,
roasted potatoes, pumpkin, onions and fresh beans tossed in garlic & chive butter.
Pepper Crusted Beef Fillet (served medium):
Oven baked beef fillet topped with a mustard & pepper crust served on roasted
potatoes seasonal vegetables and a peppercorn sauce
Lamb Napoleon
Lamb medallions topped with a French mustard and garlic crust served on a bed
of oven roasted potatoes with fresh seasonal greens and a red wine jus
Chicken Breast Supreme:
Oven roasted chicken breast topped with a creamy pepper sauce,
fresh seasonal greens on a potato and chive mash
Tropical Barramundi Citrus:
Barramundi fillets lightly peppered, served with ginger and shallots on a bed of
jasmine rice with seasonal greens and a creamy white wine sauce
Fresh Lime and Chilli Prawns:
Ocean prawns tossed on the BBQ and drizzled with a chilli, garlic and lime
dressing and served with a fresh green salad
