Our Chefs Selection of Canapés and Hors d’oeuvres
Your guests will be served a cocktail party selection of selection of canapés over a 15 – 20 minute period (3 items – and 2 of each – 6 pieces in total)
Main Course (choose two and they will be served alternatively)
Sliced roast turkey with a cranberry sauce honey glazed leg ham, roasted potatoes, baked pumpkin, onions and fresh beans tossed in garlic & chive butter.
Pepper Crusted Beef Fillet (served medium):
Oven baked beef fillet topped with a mustard & pepper crust served on roasted potatoes seasonal greens and a peppercorn sauce
Roasted lamb topped with a French mustard and garlic crust served on a bed of oven potatoes with fresh seasonal greens and a red wine jus
Chicken Breast Supreme:
Oven roasted chicken breast topped with a creamy pepper sauce, fresh seasonal greens on a potato and chive mash
Tropical Barramundi Citrus:
Barramundi fillets lightly peppered, served with ginger and shallots on a bed of jasmine rice with seasonal greens and a creamy white wine sauce
Fresh Lime and Chilli Prawns:
BBQ'd ocean prawn drizzled with a chilli, garlic and lime dressing and served with a fresh green salad
Sautéed fresh mushroom and vegetable risotto

The Ship has four
available for private functions suitable for groups large or small.
