On Christmas Day it’s time to sit back and relax as we have a
special menu available for you and your friends including….
Christmas Day Lunch Menu - available from 12 noon till 3pm

Entrée… choose from...
Fresh ocean prawns and avocado salad
BBQ’d lamb slices with a tropical mango salad
Fresh oysters (4) – served either mornay, kilpatrick or natural

Vegetarian option
Three tomatoes salad

Main Course...choose from...
Lobster Mornay – West Australian lobster (half) served mornay style with salad garnish
Traditional Christmas Selection – Turkey roulade, ham off the bone and baked seasonal
vegetables and a cranberry sauce
Fillet Mignon - Prime beef fillet cooked to your liking with roasted season vegetables
Barramundi Tropicana - oven baked barramundi fillets topped with ocean prawns

Also available ….our famous seafood platters……
Fresh seafood Platter - Selection of fresh prawns, oysters, blue swimmer crab,
barramundi, calamari and lobster (available at additional $25 premium per guest )

Vegetarian option
Individual roasted vegetable tart with a salsa verde

Dessert... choose from...
Fresh strawberries drizzled with a fresh cream anglaise
Traditional christmas pudding with a brandy cream custard

Cost per guest: $109.50
(plus add $25 per guest fresh seafood platter premium if applicable)

Childrens menu... choose from
Local fish fillets, lightly fried with a beer batter, chips and a salad garnish
Oven roasted chicken supreme with roasted potatoes, pumpkin and steamed greens

Dessert
Ice creme sundae with marshmallows, smarties and rich chocolate topping
Cost per child (up to 16 years): $49.50
