To hire a private function room for your exclusive use on board the
South Steyne with waiting staff for a five hours period or up until 12 midnight the following charges apply.
If you wish to extend the function after midnight, this has to be arranged prior to the function – there are overtime charges.

South Steyne Function Deposit Cancellation Policy
We appreciate at times there are needs to cancel functions due to
Circumstances beyond your control
Refunds of deposits will be approved upon the following guidelines
Three Months to Two Months (Over 60 days notice) 100% refund
Two Months to One month ( 60 – 30 days ) 50% refund
Under One month 30 – 0 days No refund
If you have a further function within 90 days of the Cancellation, we will
credit your deposit against the next event…….
